You just want to sink into the couch, bury your head under the cushions and stay there. But, the good news is that depression can be treated.
Many different treatments are available for depression. The treatments below have either been shown to work for many people with depression or they show some promise as treatments but we need more scientific evidence before we can be sure they are useful.
